My take on the Mikardo is an incestuous bred of human like organisms that live in the nooks and crannies of our world, taking influences from snippets of our life that they manage to obtain from old magazines, newspapers and the few bits they manage to observe. From this religious like aspiration they obtain an idolisation and build very similar, hierarchal and corrupt society as ours.
They all have dropped shoulders and bad posture from the awkward crapped conditions they live in. Some of the inhabitants can not control their limns, or have very week ones, partially their way of walking is very unstable. The 'political' men of the society aspire for the broad shoulder business suit appearance and will go to great lengths to achieve it.
I want the audience to feel swamped and intimidated by the costumes, as if they have been shrunk down to the size of the orgasms. The set will be dark and encompassing and make it hard for the actors in the costumes to orienteer round the stage.
